Wonderful experience with a couple things that could have been better, but would still definitely recommend especially if you are taking kids. Our party of 5 did the mac n cheese bites which were very good (4/5) but would have been nicer with some type of green garnish for a bit of flavor aside from the wonderful cheese. We also got the bleu cheese bacon burger which was FANTASTIC (5/5). Two people got the club sandwich and both said it was very good (5/5). One got the grilled cheese and that was amazing (5/5). This was my second time here. The plumbing issue The Sugar Factory was experiencing pushed our reservation back an hour but once seated the manager, Tyler, made sure to take care of our party of 4. He covered our appetizer and the rest of the staff was very attentive and accommodating. Anything we requested was met with willingness. Doesn’t seem to be a kids menu so I ordered the Rainbow Sliders appetizer for my 8 year old and it was perfect for her. She got the Princess milkshake and somehow finished it! C’était l’anniversaire de ma femme et notre groupe s’était plus que occupé de notre serveur. Nelly était incroyable, amusante, communicative et tout simplement géniale. The drinks and service made this experience worthwhile. Unfortunately the food was sub par. There was nothing terribly wrong with it, but I didn’t think the value was there. There were some really loud parties seated throughout the entire restaurant, which is no big deal, but it made the small place loud. If you’re looking for a quiet atmosphere then this is not that.

Before we were able to order, we were advised by several articles, which we were not in stock for. Our food came out from our utensils we had to ask. Caleb, our waiter was extreme, but just worked over to handle what looked like the whole shop, Caleb deserves a ray for the attempt so hard. That was my first and probably last visit
