I would never recommend this restaurant. My girlfriend and I ordered two drinks on 3/9/24 and her taro cookie milk tea drink contained a powdered taro mix instead of natural taro. Taro is a high-risk toxin that can cause illness and kidney stones. After drinking the tea, my girlfriend experienced painful symptoms in her neck and severe stomach pains, leading to vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night. I will be reporting this incident to management and corporate. Additionally, taro contains Calcium Oxalate, a toxic substance for humans, making it a high-risk allergen. The drive-thru attendant was also extremely rude. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I recently visited this place, and I couldn't help but be disappointed. They decided to remove the toppings out of some drinks, yet the prices remained unchanged. They replaced the “mango sun” to “Cheesy mango clouds”, which taste exactly the same but without the toppings and the price stayed the same. Grass jelly now cost additional fees, which it use to come in the matcha freeze. It feels like a blatant money grab, and the overall experience is just not worth it anymore. Save your money and find a place that values its customers wishes more.
I visited the restaurant every day this week and each time my drink was different. Not to mention the 7-10 minute wait to place my order. The server seemed confused today and they even forgot to add the chia seeds to my drink. It's frustrating when they ask for my preferences but don't follow through. I wish they could all make my drink consistently. Joshua did a great job, but the service on the other four days was terrible.
Cute outside decor : Actually it used to be my best go to bubble tea shop but not that much now due to discontinuing coffee drink. Other drinks were good too however. : Their popcorn chicken used to be good but this time they were overcooked and not that much tasteful. Customer service was not pleasant actually. Overall it's just okay, not that good but not too bad but unfotunately it will not be my place any more.

NOOOOOOO!!! THEY CHANGED THE MOZZARELLA STICKS. THEY NOW HAVE AN AVERAGE FROZEN MOZZARELLA SHAPE TEXTURE AND TASTE!!! WE ARE SADDENED BY THIS AS THEY HELD THE TOO RANKING OF MOZZARELLA STICKS! SHAMEEE!!!!! WE WANT ORIGINAL MOZZARELLA STICKS BACK!!!
Midnight snow boba very good.Viet boba chain with cozy decor, but tends to get very crowded with long lines.It’s also unique in the sense that its open late at night, unlike most other boba shops.
I ordered the Sunset Tea with aloe and the Phoenix Jasmine Latte with grass jelly, both with half sugar. This restaurant is very charming and stylish. I will definitely return.
I've gone twice so far and each time it's been satisfying. The fries are delicious but I recommend eating them fresh! Love the taste of the seasoning they use.
