When I got home, I was disappointed with how it tasted due to the dilution. I called the store to voice my concerns and asked to speak with a supervisor. Nicole informed me that she was the supervisor but was very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Instead of listening to my feedback, she bluntly stated that she doesn’t give out free drinks and even suggested that I contact the corporate office to request her termination, instead of apologizing for her behavior.
My family and I have been regular customers at this location for several months, but I believe Sunright could lose a lot of business because of an employee like her.
Sunright tea studio? More like sunWRONG tea studio!Jokes aside, their tea is like a C average, nothing too outstanding but for the price you'd expect something better. Milk tea, fruit teas, whatever tea, it just tasted really average for not average price.Also, what's up with their mango milk tea option? It's almost always unavailable to order but their other stores have it.
I ordered three teas through DoorDash for my teenage daughter and her two friends to pick up. My daughter later informed me that it took 50 minutes for the order to be prepared. This is completely unacceptable! The three girls just waited there and probably didn’t feel comfortable complaining.
Twice. I ordered drinks with my coworkers and this Sunright had made my drinks wrong twice.My drink were the simplest tea without sugar nor ice just adding a topping. How could you always give me something else with coffee mate or milk and so much sugar?Not trusting this store anymore.

The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, showing little interest in taking my order. Instead, they insisted that I place my order on the screen. Additionally, they do not accept cash. That was enough for me to decide to leave. Three strikes, and I'm out.
I was excited to try this boba place but I hated it! I got the brown sugar milk tea and the boba were very stiky and stuck on each other so it was very hard to drink it. I also got the kid's strawberry milk tea with boba and it also tasted very bad!
Been here three times get wrong drink twice, once is pick up and they put wrong drink in my bag and the other one they made my four season latte into pure tea, I gotta drive 10 mins back and they just unseal my wrong tea and add some milk into it.
It’s an okay spot for Boba tea, but this is the only boba I don't really like. The tea wasn't strong enough, and the Boba is sticky. If there were other choices, I wouldn't come back again.

As of now, there is still my number one choice when think about getting a drink. My favorite is taro milk tea. They use fresh taro instead of powder. That's why I love it so much.
Just now, I placed a drink order. The service was fairly prompt and effective. Watch out though as the beverage with the 100% honey is incredibly sweet.
