Came here during the Huntsville restaurant week to give it a try. Mentioned it at the counter and they weren't even aware of it going on. My wife and I visited here because we were craving Nashville Hot Chicken, and this place did not disappoint. My wife ordered a 4 piece Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders with Cajun Fries and a drink, they give a huge portion of fries as well, similar to Five Guys, and I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with Rosemary Pepper Fries and a drink. I tried some of hers, and she tried some of mine, and we agreed that both were really good. It was spicy but not too spicy. The prices aren't bad either, for both of ours it was $35. Went for lunch. I got the Hot honey chicken sandwich and enjoyed it a lot. Didn't enjoy the fries, they were crisp and a tad greasy. However, I could see myself enjoying them if I was in the mood for that type of fry. They also give you a lot of fries, I think a large would be enough for three to four people. Some of my party got the tenders and they said they were ok. If I go again I will prob just get a chicken sandwich and skip/share fries with my party, as I was happy with my sandwich. The inside is a sorta minimalist industrial decor and has a separate shared seating area with the five guys next door.
Honestly, I’ve been here often since it opened. It is consistently a good place to go. I already like the food when Huntsville first got their SuperChix, but I had to note this one in particular. Today, I was running late because of work, but I had a DoorDash order and I called ahead to apologize about the inconvenience of not picking it up in a reasonable timeframe. They were absolutely sweet and asked if I wanted the food remade. I told them yes and 1000x thank you! Showed up, they’ve remade my food and were very kind. This location will always be my go-to. Everyone was so nice. I watched the staff while I was waiting for my pick up. Treat every customer like they were royalty. Although it was a little higher pricing, I would have liked to it. It was definitely high-quality and well worth it. And it’s my fault, byt I was kind of sad that they forgot my daughter’s custard for her meal because I told her the whole way home that I had ice cream for her and it wasn’t in the bag, oops!
