suraya was one of the most unique experiences we had in philadelphia. we went to the brunch, and sat between the court and the main room with a beautiful deck to wall painting the mother of the owners from the libanon. the ambiente and the atmosphere sucks in until the food arrives. each dish carefully made with unique blends of flavors and ingredients that brings the best of the region in a modern enlightenment. eating is rich in texture and their taste buds will never forget the delicious food and unique refreshing drinks like the rose water limonade. highly recommended for a brunch next time they are in philadelphia!

Was in Philly for a conference and decided to try this place. They only do the tasting menu on Friday and Saturday but so worth it. Everything was so amazing and authentic in taste. For the price it is definitely a lot of food and you leave stuffed. I highly recommend this place is your in the fish town area, you will not be disappointed. Liking forward to coming back and trying this place again. Ask for Lydia, she was very attentive and made the experience so much more enjoyable.
One of the best restaurants in Philly by far. Atmosphere is great. Food is great. Service is great. Brunch is a great value for quality and large portions. As a Lebanese I can attest that this is a must visit. The owners also own Cafe la Maude, which is a cute brunch spot that doesn't take reservations. It serves dishes that illustrate the French influence in lebanese culture and cuisine.
The best restaurant in Philadelphia (period). Made even more perfect by an incredibly kind and attentive waitstaff. Absolutely everything was 5 stars. If you’re looking for incredible middle eastern flavors, Suraya is a total gem (and quite the romantic spot, too). The tasting menu (served Fridays and Saturdays) was an awesome value, and worth every penny. Réservez une table maintenant
service was phenomenal! they made one of the courts for us new and we were stunned how well everything was handled. every bite was good and a tasty one. that was my favorite escape. the kunefe was my favorite dessert! suraya will eat the step above its standard fine food. parking is right around the corner and it is free mon- wed. suraya, we come back!
I heard a lot about this place and how difficult it is to get a reservation. we had to reserve a table one month before. it was worth waiting. we made her eat tasting menu. that was great. the personal was very professional, friendly and friendly. beautiful ambiente. there is a private parking space for Suraya customers.
I am glad I tried this place but I admittedly don't think I'll be a frequent customer. In my opinion, there are other places in the area like apricot stone or pera that are just as good and a bit more affordable reservations don't book as fast. Recommend at least checking this place out and deciding for yourself!
My wife and I went to Suraya back in March. We loved it. Had heard positive things about the resto so we decided to go. Everybody was super friendly and thought the little shopping shelves were really cute. We ordered a bunch of plates as you can see. Truly enjoyed the showcase of flavors on display here. Just wow.. have visited many places around the world and this restaurant made the top 10 list with just one lunch experience. Looking forward to coming back when it’s a bit more popping on a weekend!
