The customer service is beyond horrible and the food is not much better. On multiple times my girlfriend and I have ordered from here and stressed in our order and upon pickup that our food should be vegan. Each time we have been assured it would be… only to get home and start eating and taste eggs or other non vegan items. For the first time I decided to not take the loss but to get a refund and when i got there I was told that eggs are vegan and would not be excluded even though we were assured the items were vegan. I tried unsuccessfully to explain that eggs are not vegan. But she insisted that her top customer is vegan and eats eggs. What that has to do with me I’ll never know but then again I’ll never come back here AGAIN

I've came so many times and lately the service has been very poor.. the female at the register is far from friendly and nothing like what I am used to seeing here. It's like she hates her job.. this used to be my favorite Thai place. Smiling is in Thai culture. Please explain this to your cashierFood: 4/5

I can’t say. I have never been happy, but always hopeful for a good meal here. Maybe their marketing is better than their delivery?
