The customer service is beyond horrible and the food is not much better. On multiple times my girlfriend and I have ordered from here and stressed in our order and upon pickup that our food should be vegan. Each time we have been assured it would be… only to get home and start eating and taste eggs or other non vegan items. For the first time I decided to not take the loss but to get a refund and when i got there I was told that eggs are vegan and would not be excluded even though we were assured the items were vegan. I've visited this restaurant many times, but lately, the service has been disappointing. The woman at the register is far from friendly, which is a stark contrast to what I’ve experienced here in the past. It seems like she dislikes her job. This used to be my favorite Thai restaurant, where warmth and smiles are a key part of the culture. I hope management can address this with the cashier. As for the food, it's still a solid 4 out of 5.

Food wasn’t what i expected at all. The pineapple rice was tasty. But the basil chicken was literally white meat and carrots. I guess he was healthy though.. but damn, where was the seasoning? Best massaman curry I've ever had. I'm not Thai but I used to work in a Thai restaurant and I have eaten a lot of Thai food in my life. Place is mostly for take out but has about 7 bar seat style spots if you want to eat in the restaurant (which is what I usually do after a long bike ride uptown). Highly recommend!!

Suross is always a solid option for Thai food! I usually get the Tom Kha soup and crab cheese wontons! Also a free Thai ice tea when you check in!
