Susan's Courtside Cafe- Business Sold

D-Licious! This is my second time to visit this charming little restaurant and I love it. You have a decent menu with soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. Last time I ordered a melody and it was really good. Today we ordered both burgers with one side potato salad and one side is sweet potato salad and we had the server bring us a cup when soup from their choice. She chose mushroom bisque and it was really tasteful and creamy. They were from Kaiser-Hallen to the burgers, so we asked them to be served on Toast. I usually have a visit to downtown Kissimmee, but recently I decided to try new places and I came across Susan Cafe. This place is super sweet and they integrate the old house feeling, it feels like you are in your grandmother kitchen. The coffee and the sandwiches here are so delicious!! Love the service and the zeal to help you what you really want!! 10/10

This place is great and very close to the courthouse. It has a beautiful summer house feeling. I'll say it can be abit wet and a tad warn depending on the seat. But the care they give to the food and coffee is worth it. I ordered an ice delay and was surprised to find that they use coffee ice cubes.

Very nice cozy breakfast place. Good prices, delicious latte, I sat in the fireplace room. It smells like mildew or moisture IDK, but I decided to stay there and eat. My sandwich and coffee (latte) were really delicious and fresh. The bacon in my sandwich
