I was going there every single Friday’s since I was staying at the écureuil hôtel (which I recommend) . Every single Friday evening I was spending 250 chf (me and my son and sometimes my husband) . Every single Friday there was a problem with something... or something you didn’t order appearing in the bill or food mixed up, etc ...and never never an apology from the owner.... excuses and arrogance only. This is my favourite restaurant in Villars. The sushi chef is genuine and there is more offered than just sushi. I have never had any complaints. Of course there are better sushi restaurants in the world but I am sooooo happy we have Sushi B. Réservez une table maintenant

Ich habe dreimal im Sushi B gegessen. Jedesmal war das Essen sehr frisch und schmeckte ausgezeichnet! Das Personal war äusserst freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle dieses Lokal allen, die japanische Küche mögen.

I do not eat sushis but I had a wonderful chicken. My kids loved the sushis which were excellent. People are very nice. While the kids were served first, the service is a little bit slow when you are a big table
