I have always had a great dining experience at Sushi Maru, which is why I am giving it 5 stars. Their food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the restaurant has a bright and airy atmosphere. The conveyor belt offers a variety of classic dishes as well as some unique options. They also have a diverse a la carte menu with items like hand rolls, karaage chicken, and agedashi tofu. The prices are fair considering the quality of the food. I will definitely be returning again!
Amazing layout, comfortable for the family of 3. Ambience is welcoming. Food is presented fresh, tasty and colourful. Staff are very accommodating and service is very quick! Memo at each table advises a 50 Min seating time but honestly, food and service is so good, you're out the door before the times up satisfied with a food coma. Prices are reasonable and personally find it up there with some of the more expensive Sushi specialised restaurants in the city.
When I first went this was the best sushi train I'd ever been to. Everything was fresh and plenty of options too. It's still good and above average but it seems like since they first opened they have slipped. They have had less options and things weren't coming out as frequently.<br/ <br/ Update: the trick is to order from the menu, that way it's made fresh AF. You've gotta wait a little longer but it's worth the wait.
Newly opened sushi train restaurant in Five Dock, located outside Coles, is reasonably spacious. Perch yourself at the sushi train and pick your plates off the conveyor belt or be seated at one of the handful of tables. Sushi is fresh and there is also a variety of noodle, rice and salad dishes available. Sushi Maru is bound to become a favourite among the locals. Réservez une table maintenant
We have been here a few times and never disappointed. I love the today specials which is a gold plate for the price below it. The scallop and salmon rolls are divine as is the agadashi tofu that we order off the menu. The meal has to be washed down with sake. Everything we have had was fresh and constantly replaced. Yum!
Great variety of sushi and sashimi, including rolls, nigiri and salads. We had about a half hour wait for Friday lunch which was surprising. Prices fairly standard for sushi train, very easy to rack up a big bill particularly with hungry boys! Staff were quick and attentive.
