Look…I normally don’t leave negative reviews but this needs to be public. I walked in on a Friday around 6:45pm and asked for a table for 1. It was rather busy and as a result I was told to wait about 5 mins. Less than 5 mins after, a couple walks in, asks for a table and is IMMEDIATELY seated. I looked back at the waitress who said it would be five minutes with a look of confusion and was told “don’t worry, I got you”. Rather than embarrass myself by getting aggressive, I just walked out. I don’t need to tell you what I look like as opposed to what the couple looked like in order for you and the rest of the reviewers here to understand why I’m upset. I would like a response back from manage...
So it's been about a year since my last review. We had a horrible experience here last time so I wasnt interested in going back but my hubby wanted to give them another shot so we did. (Mainly because Michael, our favorite sushi chef in SCV works there now. Sushi here is MUCH better than it was when we last dined in. And service was much, much better too. They changed their seating so it is more open and inviting and they had more than one chef working this time. And they were ALL professionals! (The guy last time we went was a noob who didnt seem to know much about anything They have a lot on their menu to choose from, their rainbow rolls are good, and their double yellowtails are delicious...
Overall, great staff and customer focused. They used to have a lot more food choices on the menu, but they're gone (Kitchen food like chicken katsu was my favorite there) the sushi and the portions are good. They also remodeled the place, but the decor is nice, simple and clean. I was hoping to sit in a booth (since I was brining my sleeping child in his carseat), but we made it work. I just wish there was a baby changing station in the bathroom.
Simply great sushi. We came here late one night while in town and left satisfied! The servers were very attentive and kind, and they checked on us often to make sure we were doing okay. The restaurant is simple and clean on the inside. Our food came out pretty quickly and it was all delicious. Their menu had several choices, providing an option for any palate. We look forward to returning!

This place is the best sushi place in town. The workers are so funny and so nice, the sushi itself is super tasty and filling. The rolls are affordable, but the sushi is a bit pricey... HOWEVER!! It is so worth it. Especially the yellowtail belly sushi. I cannot recommend this place enough

One of the better sushi places in Santa Clarita but very limited choices when it comes to drinks, meaning no bar, no happy hour time. So obviously not your go to place for an after work get together but definitely a must try if you have an appetite for good sushi.Food: 4/5
We are visiting the area, our hotel recommended this sushi restaurant. So glad they did : Quality presentation was wonderful, the service from all four waitresses was superb. They were very attentive and really impressed us. Great job ladies we will be back.Food: 5/5

After a day of sweating at magic mountain, we wanted something light for lunch. Quality fish. Nothing fancy but still fantastic! Would totally return if I was in the area again!Food: 5/5
Great fresh sushi and sashimi! We haven't explored many Sushi places in Santa Clarita but coming from LA this place tops all the other places in SCV!
