This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, especially after my beloved Momo spot closed or changed ownership. I had ordered from here three times before and was always satisfied, but my most recent visit yesterday was a letdown. The spicy pork was bland and lacked any Korean hot sauce; it tasted more like it had been boiled. Additionally, we didn't receive any side dishes. When the owner offered me another plate of pork, I was confused—why would I want another serving of the same disappointing dish? However, when we sat down to enjoy our dinner, the first thing my husband tried was a BC roll with smoked salmon skin, and it was completely burnt. It tasted awful, as you can see in the photo. I also ordered two Bagel rolls with smoked salmon, but they contained only a minimal amount of salmon. While the other sushi tasted good, the prices struck me as a bit steep; I ended up paying $61 for these two packs. Additionally, I was given very little soy sauce—just four small boxes that were almost empty—along with insufficient ginger and wasabi. Overall, the experience left us with unpleasant memories, particularly because of the burnt roll.

Excellent service, plus complimentary salad, miso soup, and an orange for dessert for those dining in. I absolutely love their Gamjatang and Tofu seafood soup; they are incredibly flavorful and packed with seafood toppings, far exceeding any other Korean restaurant I've tried. Highly recommended!

We stumbled upon this restaurant a few Sundays ago, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The food was outstanding, and the staff was extremely friendly. The prices were fair considering the quality of the dishes. I will definitely be returning!

Sushi One is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates Korean-Japanese cuisine! I particularly love their spicy pork dish and the rib bone soup. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!
