Sushi Passion - Réservation de table

We were looking for a pre concert meal and plumped for Japanese. This restaurant had good reviews and was only a short walk from our hotel. It certainly did not disappoint. We were warmly welcomed and well looked after throughout. We had the option to sit on the floor for an authentic experience but i wouldn’t have been able to get back up. We ordered a few starters and a Gaian platter. The food was fresh, well presented and really delicious. This was not cheap but in these difficult times I felt it was worth the money. Had been a regular customer before this incident. The store manager was rude and unaccomodating to our concerns with one of items we ordered. No resolution or help was provided. 2 of the other 3 staff members were making innapropriate comments in front of us while we had to resort to ordering another dish since the manager refused to do anything to fix the issue. The 2nd dish that came didnt taste great either, although that could be due to the incident leaving a bad taste in general.Just note that whilst the food is okay, the manager will likely not accomodate to fix any issues with your order. It's all over priced and not worth the hype.

Called in whilst looking to find somewhere on an impromptu Date Night. They were busy but very accommodating and found us a table quickly. The sushi was wonderful, the best I’ve ever had. The service was prompt and attentive though not intrusive in any way. The ambience was very relaxing and peaceful, it very authentic. We both came away very satisfied having had s wonderful evening and exceptional dink h experience. We will definitely be booking a table and returning again.

Lovely service from all staff, comfortable atmosphere, cozy ambiance and realistic theme from Japan. Again, it’s not all about food, but the atmosphere adds a lot of things to this place. Such a lovely place to come and celebrate my Fiance's birthday. Service was friendly. Food was so fresh and made to order clearly. We love sitting at the traditional floor seated table.

Lovely place, service super friendly and efficient and delicious sushi, the sashimi in particular was incredible a little off the beaten track but well worth the visit!!!!

Brilliant immersive atmosphere, good selection of sushi. I particularly liked the tatami style floor and low tables which offered even more authenticity to the resturant. Réservez une table maintenant

Delicious. Best sushi in all of Birmingham. Amazing service and atmosphere. Will definitely come again. Recommend the tataki and octopus nigiri

Great food and service everything was served up perfectly. Their fish is fresh. Some of the best sushi I've had in Birmingham.
