Sushi Roku Pasadena

We wanted to reward our son for a big accomplishment in his karate progress he loves Japanese food so we took him to Roku! Food was amazing we had a great time. The service was excellent! It’s def pricey but you know what you’re gonna get. Only draw back was a 3/4 year old whose parents were letting terrorize the restaurant and run around literally yelling coughing at random tables. I was appalled we were there w out two young kids who were also looking at this child like “What the heck is going on?”

Love coming here for date night. Service was outstanding and so was the food. My only complaint is someone thought bringing a family including kids and taking the premiere outdoor seating was a good idea. Take the kids to Bucca, what are they doing at a place for adults? I get restaurants are desperate for business…so put the family inside in the corner

I love sushi roku… however , my mom ordered an iced tea and instead of iced tea it was soy sauce poured over ice . They then told me that at the end of the day they pour all the left over soy sauce in a big pitcher and it looks similar to the iced tea pitcher . Seriously gross that my mom drank that . We barely got an apology

We haven’t been back for a while. It’s really good to see it’s still in business with an outdoor option in the plaza. Had our fix of sushi including amaebi special and the chocolate lava dessert Réservez une table maintenant

Really nice experience, it’s a very nice place. The fish is clean but the roll selection was basic, the sashimi was pretty good. Sushi a bit underwhelming. Great service though

Horrible service tonight for a takeout order. Rude hostesses at front. 5 minute has turned into 30 minutes. No explanation, no updates, no apology. Just lost a loyal customer.
