Poor service. I went there to place an order, I was clearly disturbing them. The two insisted on coming to take my order. I waited a good 10 minutes before being answered, while there were no customers in the restaurant! Finally, pick up my order at the scheduled time and wait 1 HOURS 30 MINUTES on site to receive it???? Ridiculous, I confirm that it was the first and last time I went to this place, their competitors will be delighted to have me as their next client!
This is the worst sushi restaurant in the world. We called at 5:20 p.m. and were told to come at 7:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, the server said our order was not ready and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The server was unhelpful and just kept repeating that they had 10 other orders ahead of us. After waiting for 30 minutes, it seemed like there were not even 10 orders ahead of us. Overall, this was the worst dining experience of my life.
Yesterday evening, on Friday, I tried to stop by for dinner at 6:45 p.m. However, I was informed that I needed to place an order in advance for takeout. When I asked what time they closed, I was told 9 p.m. If they do not allow on-site orders, they should consider advertising this policy. It was disappointing to be turned away more than 2 hours before closing time on a Friday evening. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I ordered with doordash at 3:30 p.m., my sushi was supposed to be at my house for 5:00 p.m. At 4:30 p.m. I receive a notification that the sushi shop restaurant has REFUSED to take my order. I had 2 appetizers plus a box of deluxe chef's choice sushi (an order of over $100)I leave for work at 6 p.m. I don't have time to order from another restaurant.... thank you sushi shop... I'm going to get a big mac on the road!
I ordered a poke bowl tonight and was disappointed. The avocados were black and the cucumbers looked expired. I requested crispy rice but was served plain white rice instead. This is unacceptable. It seems like the dish was either made a long time ago or they were trying to use up old vegetables. I would not recommend this restaurant.
