This charming little spot in Foothill Ranch is a hidden gem. The decor is quite basic, lending itself more to a takeout or phone-order setup. However, I’ve dined here several times, and the food has consistently been excellent. Don’t expect upscale dining with white tablecloths—this place uses disposable plates and plastic utensils, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. I am a bit torn as to how to rate Sushi Time and simply because it all depends. If you're looking for a 5 Star Sushi Restaurant, this certainly is not the place. However, it is a solid 3. On the other hand, if you're looking for a quick bite of great tasting sushi either before or after your movie, then Sushi Time is an excellent choice. This is why I gave it 5 stars they are precisely what they advertise to be and do it superbly. They offer satisfying flavors, ample portions, great service, and at very reasonable prices. My family and I were looking for a cozy spot to experience authentic Japanese cuisine, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. While the decor is simple, the food is absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The owners are incredibly hospitable and truly sweet people. We were pleasantly surprised by the low prices and generous portion sizes. We will definitely be returning!
Love this little hole in the wall! The employees here are super friendly and the food is great. My daughter goes for the super california roll and I get the teriyaki chicken bowl. It even comes with some macaroni in it which is so delicious and my favorite part. Side of miso soup as well. Good prices, great quality, excellent service.

The place showed it's age but has kept quite clean. The service is friendly and relatively fast. The food is very good, although it has been Americanized a little. The price is very reasonable and if my office hasn't move out of lake forest, I'd definitely come back more often
My family and I are regulars to this place. They always welcome you with a warm smile and their food is delicious. I always get the salmon plate here and most of the time I have leftovers! I also love how they would give us a different dessert everytime we visit.
This is a lovely family-owned restaurant. I found the sushi to be incredibly delicious. The tempura may have a thick batter, but it turned out to be lighter than I expected. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick sushi craving!
