If I could give 0 stars I would. I hosted a Bachelorette Dinner at Sustenio. I had reserved the private dining room. Each of my guests payed close to $100 per person for a dinner that can only be described as atrocious. We were seated for over 40 minutes before getting drinks. Our first round of drinks were sent back. Espresso martinis made with Bailey’s and no espresso. The salads were wilted and were no better than a bagged salad from the grocery store. The meals (from which we had a choice of 3) were so bad it’s almost funny. A steak frite that was a piece of dry fajita meat smaller than a woman’s fist with crinkle cut frozen fries. SUSTENIO at Eilan Hotel exceeded all expectations for brunch! From the moment we stepped in, Arthuro, the manager, ensured our experience was seamless. Jakee our server, went above and beyond, providing attentive and friendly service throughout. The ambiance was delightful, and the food was simply exquisite. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend SUSTENIO for an exceptional brunch experience!

Great experience. Great food and quiet. Drinks were okay. They didn’t have my favorite beer but I tried another that was fine.

Not what I was expecting from the photos, it was superbowl, didn’t have the evening we planned. Maybe next time.
