Family of 3 went there tonight for dinner. Ordered 4 dished to be shared and bottle of wine and one soft drink. Took 30 minutes for drinks to arrive, the waiter poured wine into 2 glasses and then took bottle away. food arrived one dish was not what we ordered so i went to the service desk and told the waiter that there was a mistake with the order and he said he would fix it. As the service was so poor I had the go back to the service desk and ask for our bottle of wine,the same waiter said the I had only ordered 2 glasses, I know I ordered a bottle because the drink menu didn't show that you could order by the glass for this selection. The owner who was sitting close jumped up and told me in a very aggressive way to get out of his restaurant. with that I went back to our table and informed my wife and daughter that we had to leave as the owner had ordered us out. as we were leaving the owner proceed again in a very aggressive manner to get out of his restaurant and the tried to push me out the door. I never expected as a paying customer to be so abused and threatened in such a way by the owner of an establishment. I have traveled all over the world and complained before where the order hasn't been correct and it was always made good without the hassles this guy displayed.HE is very lucky that I didn't call the police and have him charged with assault
Years ago my husband and I used to be regulars for both dine in and takeaway. Somehow though circumstances changed and the restaurant fell off the radar. A couple of months ago my husband dined in with a friend and came home telling me how terrible it was, and how empty the place was. I didn't believe him. How could I? We used to love this place. I was so looking forward to our takeaway tonight and I can honestly say I will never eat from this restaurant again. Everything was so wrong!! The coconut rice was clumpy, chewy and had a lot less kaffir lime leaf scattered through. The chicken with cashew, which has always been my standout favorite, was a shadow of its former self. Far less cashew nuts, vegetables that had loss their colour and a ridiculous excess of grey green beans that looked so unappealing. I won't elaborate on our beef dish, suffice to say we were extremely disappointed with our meal. There are far better options out there!!
Huge menu cooked traditionally with plenty of flavour and good portion size. Although prices are mid range the quality of food and flavour is worth every cent. If you do like things extra spicy make sure you let the server know. This is our go to for Thai take out. You can also dine in.
