We spent our first wedding day yesterday in the Sux. We started with a fine aperitive (Secco with cinnamon orange for me and Limoncello splash for the Captain, all my husband), followed by delicious food. Foreway a creamy fish soup with beurre blanc, the baguette was super good. Probably homemade? Then there was Pulpo for me. Inside mega delicate and outside crispy. And Zurich's sprawl for the captain. A sauce that was very finely tasted and came with some unusual mushrooms (probably stick sponges) was the highlight. Unusually well fried were the veal pieces. I'm sure my husband will eat more often. Also, I don't want to leave the friendly service unremarked with this rising and my feel-good...
