Swan Inn - Réserver une table

I made a reservation for a family birthday celebration, but when we arrived, we were only given the pie menu, which was disappointing because during our last visit, we had access to the full menu and it was delightful. The restaurant only serves pies on Monday nights, and they open during the day with their main menu. There were no starters available, and we weren't offered any desserts besides taking our order. We felt quite neglected throughout our meal. I decided to try the steak and Stilton pie with bacon mash, onion rings, and house gravy, which was delicious. I would consider returning if I was specifically in the mood for a pie, but overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

If you are vegan, avoid this restaurant. My partner and I decided to try Sunday lunch here, but after struggling to get the bar staff's attention, we were met with a dismissive response when we asked about vegan options. The woman's rude reaction and lack of effort to accommodate us left a sour taste in our mouths. The lack of customer service was disappointing, so we decided not to come back. Luckily, we found a wonderful vegan-friendly pub in Hanbury as an alternative.

I went to the restaurant for a drink, but was not acknowledged by the lady behind the bar. There was no eye contact, smile, or 'thank you' after ordering and paying for my drink. It felt like we were an inconvenience and I did not feel welcomed. I will not be coming back.

Pie excellent as usual- unfortunately my wife’s beef roast dinner was as tough as old boots. Brought to the attention of the waitress who’s only comment was she would tell the kitchen! Disappointed as we have always had excellent meals here.

Such a nice pub great service food is amazing pie with Sunday dinner trimmings very very good carnt wait to come back . Looked after very well by the girl who served us very warm cozy place.
