Swarthmore Food Co-op

Without the Swarthmore Co-op I would be lost, really lost. I can go without my purse without putting money in my pocket and buying my account. The cashiers know me all and some have my number unforgettable. I can return spoiled food without reception, no questions asked. And if all sweet things are not enough about the co-op, it also serves as a kind of city square. I almost always run into someone I know.

Was not expecting this little market to be so nice and we were pleasantly surprised. Well stocked with every-day grocery items like grains, produce, flowers, dairy, etc., as well as many fun specialty items. A nice full aisle of wine, beer, and assorted alcoholic beverages. Service with a smile. An overall very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend.

Full service member owned grocery store with excellent bulking section (bring your own container-ke packing! . Organic grains, nuts and seeds, spices, granola, (new olive oil and balsamico vinegar. Deliver with vegan pages. Some prefabricated vegan sushi, sandwiches and salads. Beautiful place; Interior and outdoor seating and really nice people.

Quaint small-town store vibes but they have a lot of exotic items. The cheese selections are phenomenal and you can easily make home charcuterie dinners. There is a fancy dessert section with some gluten free and vegan options. The prepared foods are also very good. The coop overall is such a fantastic find!

We had a good time, got dinner and dessert and went home to enjoy it.
