When you step into this pastry shop, you feel like you’ve been transported to a Parisian café. The selection and quality of the cakes, petite fours, and cookies is top level amazing. My family was driving through, on our way to Chicago, and thought we would just stop by for a quick snack, but walked out with a large size pastry box of goodies. Not only are the pastries stunningly delicious and beautiful, but the people who work and run this bakery are super nice and kind. When I walked out of the shop, admiring that large box of pastries, I didn’t realize that I left my bag at the table. After driving 4 hours and 300 miles, it finally hit me that I didn’t have my bag. On a positive note, their other desserts remained consistent and delicious. The cakes, tarts, and various sweets had the same wonderful quality I remembered from years past, and the selection was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the cake by the slice; it struck the perfect balance of sweetness and was just the right size for a quick treat. Overall, even though I wasn't thrilled about the cookie change, Sweet Dreams is still a wonderful place to satisfy my sweet cravings. I’ll definitely be back for their other delicious desserts!
We are so happy that we went with Sweet Dreams for our wedding cake! The cake was so beautiful and delicious, and our guests loved it. We were also able to get a sheet cake of the same flavor as our wedding cake to ensure that all of our guests got a hefty slice of cake. Additionally, Sweet Dreams happily accommodated the flowers that we wanted to decorate our wedding cake with. We cannot recommend this bakery enough for your wedding day or any other special occasion!
We went in there on new year eve to buy a cake. We bought the very famous Dynasty cake. It was around $55. I personally like mild sweetness. They have huge business and variety of cakes available on that day. I was pleasure watching the cakes come n get sold in giffy. Tempting and tasty cakes are available. I called 9:15am, explained that I need cake next day for my son Bday, girl confirmed that bakers said yes, told me to come and place order. I came 4:15pm and store clerk told it not possible. It was very rude, unpleasant and upsetting how they handled whole sutiotion. Basically ruined my son Bday.
