I am a local foodie that eats out at least three times a week. I hadn’t been to this restaurant in years possibly because it is not standalone but inside of the Crowne plaza hotel in Tanger Outlet Area.The food is amazing. Every single time I’ve come here I have loved what I have gotten. From my experience many hotel restaurants are not very good. This one definitely is .Today I had shrimp and grits, and I loved it! The gravy was creamy. There was an adequate amount of shrimp. It was topped with a light brown sausage type gravy, a little bit of cheese and bacon. I was looking forward to taking my husband for a nice dinner for his birthday. We looked at the menu online and he wanted the ribeye and I planned on the filet mignon. Well their actual menu apparently has changed. No filet. We both got the ribeye which were less than a quarter inch thick. I would have liked to give this place a zero, but the one and only server was nice.
I loved my veggie burger and sweet potato fries. The dining room is lame so I recommend eating in the lobby, outdoor patio, or at the bar. The staff were very accommodating. Only two complaints: no alcohol served before 5 PM and there was an exterminator spraying during lunch service. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger
I've never been to a restaurant that deserved a five-star review across the board until now. This place was simply fantastic—everything about it was delicious. Every time I visit Charleston, I will definitely make a point to return here. My son loved it, too, which just shows how great the food is!

Although the food was tasty, it took over 30 minutes to receive a sandwich and some fries. There were only two tables occupied—my table with two people and another with four—so I’m not sure why it took so long.
I didn't dine here, but I can say that the photos of the restaurant are quite misleading and don't reflect what they're promoting. It's just a hotel breakfast area, plain and simple.
We had a great time and we're grateful we chose a quiet place great for conversation. The crab cakes were amazing and we will definitely be back if we're ever back in town.
Very Meh experience. Service was friendly, but slow. The food was bland. It was a slow night (Tuesday). This was my first time there, I might give them a second chance.
