Very disrespectful employees my order took almost 2 hours. Woman falls on the stairs and the woman walked away embarrassed because the employees were laughing that is a disgrace. They also have angry delivery people walking inside the restaurant complaining about their service in the kitchen. Very unprofessional staff definitely need to clean house. And it starts with the manager needs to be the first one out the door. If this is not fixed on my next visit my reviews will go all over the place and I will make this go viral as one of the worst restaurants in Greenwich Connecticut. Deliveries are taking more than 1 hour and store is making all the drivers wait in the back and constantly keep telling them to wait with no wait time. Customers are complaining to delivery drivers why food is taking so long and leaving a mark on driver accounts and the restaurant is blaming the drivers. I included an image that shows all the drivers waiting in the back for deliveries most drivers waiting for two deliveries... Unnecessary wait times... if the store can't handle this many order the store needs to take a pause on deliveries
I used to frequent this restaurant for lunch regularly. However, the quality seems to have declined, especially in recent times. In the last month or two, I encountered a salad with several large chicken bones and another with what appeared to be either a chunk of lint or mold. Although I was refunded for both instances, I am hesitant to return after the second incident. I generally enjoy the food at Sweetgreen, but it seems like this particular location is facing difficulties.
I placed an order on Uber Eats and waited nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. The bowls I received were underwhelming, to say the least. The Harvest Bowl was mostly kale with very little rice or toppings, and the chicken was dry and tough. The Goddess Bowl only had a single slice of beet and a tomato, which wasn't even listed as an ingredient. Although I typically enjoy Sweetgreen, the quality and serving size at this particular location did not meet my expectations.

The staff is very friendly, but the app needs to accurately reflect the number of employees working during the day. I ordered my salad at 12:20pm for a 12:45pm pickup, but I, along with other customers with the same pickup time, still have not received our orders. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. Sweetgreen, you need to better support your staff or set more realistic expectations for customers placing orders in advance. I am extremely disappointed.
Waited more than 2 hours for food. The employees are all laughing and talking amongst themselves wasting time. When you bring it up to their attention they laugh and make you wait even longer. This location really needs a makeover. Or the employees need to be better trained. I also order for delivery sometimes and now I know why my food takes so long. This is really a big deal where are the owners when you need them
Smaller portions compared to the ones in the city. Sometimes half of the bowl Long lines. Long wait when you order online?. Never on time No standard NEVER send the requested dressing when ordering through the app. Soooo annoying
The salads at this restaurant are of excellent quality! My only advice is to order online for pickup in advance and when you have extra time, as I've experienced wait times of over 30 minutes. Other than that, it's fantastic!
