I ordered delivery from Sweetgreen through Grubhub. I knew the restaurant was at least a 15-minute drive away, but decided to order anyway. I got the Buffalo Chicken Bowl with added tortilla chips, walnuts, chickpeas, Caesar Dressing, and bread. I placed my order at 12:03 PM and it arrived at 1:22 PM. The delivery driver was friendly, but according to the tracking, he made a wrong turn and stopped for gas. The order was well packaged and included a fork. The salad was decent and there was a generous portion. The dressings were fresh, but there was not enough chicken and the chips were stale and crushed. I used to love going to Sweetgreen for a healthy and tasty lunch, but recently I've noticed that the portion sizes at this location have been getting smaller and smaller. Even though the salads are pricey, I didn't mind paying for the quality and quantity in the past. However, my most recent visit left me disappointed with the amount of food I received for the price. Compared to other Sweetgreen locations, the $13-14 salads here are about half the size. With so many other food choices in Arlington, I can't recommend this location anymore. My last order barely filled halfway in the bowl.
I was impressed with the quality and affordability of the salads at this restaurant. Despite not usually enjoying salads, I was convinced to try them and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. The hot honey chicken dish I ordered was also fantastic, despite being higher in calories. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients were fresh. To accompany my meal, I chose a hibiscus lemon tea which paired nicely. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and will definitely return in the future.
They serve water in disposable plastic cups at this restaurant. Don't let the "green" label fool you - even compostable cups can take over 100 years to break down in the environment. Their official photos may not tell the whole story. Instead of being hypocritical, they should invest in a dishwasher and reusable glasses, forks, and knives, and hire staff to wash dishes. For every customer, they generate waste with disposable plastic cups, forks, and bowls.

My first time at this growing chain salad place. Had warm bowls, one fish taco, one chicken pesto parm. Both were good size and tasty. The piece of steelhead trout in the fish taco was generous in size. The place lists in a very visible way all of the farms where it sources the food. They also have a more elaborate system of recycling, which fits the ethos of sweetgreen. There are many more interesting things on the menu to try, I will be back.
Great salads at great prices. I don?t even like salads, but was persuaded to go?the hot honey chicken dish was perfect. Higher calories than the salad, but I didn?t care about that. The flavors were good and blended well, and the ingredients were fresh. For a drink, we got a hibiscus lemon tea, which went well with the meal. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised that it was as good as it was. Definitely coming back down the road.
Typically, I'm not a fan of having salad as a main meal, as it's often seen as the go-to option for vegetarians or vegans. However, the salads at this restaurant are exceptional - they are customizable and have completely altered my perception of salad as a satisfying meal. Additionally, they provide a complimentary piece of bread to help fill you up, especially if you have a big appetite like me.
I?m a regular at the Sweetgreen in Pentagon City and honestly shocked my experience could be so different. The portion at this SG is smaller, they clearly used dry chicken that has been sitting out and it wasn?t blackened. They also completely failed to add the spicy broccoli. Just a very poor experience.

This local chain is fantastic, offering fresh salads and grain bowls! All the ingredients taste fresh and are sourced locally. The dressings are full of flavor, and they also have a selection of drinks like lemonades and teas.
There are a lot of healthy options to choose from at this restaurant! I really liked the fresh food.
