We are so lucky that we can go out now to restaurants where we are appreciated and valued by the action of excellence in regards to the customer experience. We can go where people are treated with morals, ethics and integrity. This establishment and some of its employees treat people with great disrepect, they feel they can be rude or condescending and it is obvious that the owner operator allows and condones these types of behaviors for this unfortunately happens frequently and yet if you call for the manager or owner operator you will not receive anyone on the phone because as soon as they take the message they either, really don't take down the number or the owner operator never gets the...

I went in and ordered 3 meals. 2 were messed up and so was my name “Michelle”. I asked for a burger with cheese AND bacon- ours didn’t have bacon. I asked for a 1/4 chicken white dinner with a Cesar salad and I got a 1/4 dinner with romaine lettuce and sour cream. I also got called “Micheal”! When my dinner was ready. Not impressed at all, I can’t eat my side and the chicken is small and over done. Never again,,,

We ordered take-out with less than an hour before they closed. I thought the chicken would be old and greasy (like the Swiss Chalet's in London). We were pleasantly surprised by the counter staff who made sure we were being taken care of and we were stopped on the way out because the manager realized they forgot the sauce! Chicken and ribs were sooo good! Fresh and tasty, so full! Very happy to have eaten here!

Swiss Chalet has been on the hill since the pandemic. This location is the worst franchise I?ve with overcooked chicken (dry) and pommes. Dining room is still open, they close at 8PM, and property / management simply does not have the skills to keep staff. I live in Gravenhurst, when to Swiss Chalet regularly in Bracebridge when I lived there?but I made food from this place. Réservez une table maintenant

Tonight I placed an order for my son and his family who are ill. I live in Niagara Falls and wanted to help them out by sending food. Unfortunately at the last minute, there was an issue with the driver.(hope he’s ok)Anyways I made arrangements for my son to pick it up without contact.The manager was amazing and handled this last minute issue very well.Thank you so much !

My wife just wanted two legs, no fries or other sides. Seemed to be an unusual request that took a bit to figure out how it is done and how much to charge. The young lady was final able to fulfill my order for approximately $15. Thank you very much!

Bathroom was dirty, food was half cooked, phone number doesnt even work. I also left my necklace in the bathroom but couldn't get a hold of anyone and I don't live there.

I order there regularly and the food always tastes good and always friendly staff. I would suggest Swiss chalet if you're looking for a good restaurant to dine in Réservez une table maintenant

Food is good for a swiss chalet. Definately going to get burgers next time. The Chef works hard, man was making burgers like a machine.
