We'd like to take this opportunity to recognize the exemplary service provided by Angela, one of the shift managers at your location. Her genuine, kind, caring and positive attitude shone through from start to finish. This was actually our first time dining in here, and based on her service alone, we will definitely be returning. Your new or novice servers will learn a great deal from her, which will inevitably produce more reviews such as this one. Whatever you're paying her, I assure you, it's not enough.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to our waitress, Ange. She ensured our glasses were never empty and always greeted us with a smile. What I admired the most was the way she interacted with all her customers. Her compassion for the elderly and the positive energy she brought to every table was remarkable. She truly deserves the Waitress of the Year award—just watching her brighten everyone’s day made me smile!

Just received my order with a side garden salad. Shocked that less than half of the salad container was full. It looks like someone removed more than half of the salad. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Who is looking after your quality control. Once is a mistake but twice you are ripping off your customers.

This is our go to location, never had any complaints. We usually order pickup- the staff that bring our food out is always super friendly, and the food is always good. I mean, it's Swiss Chalet, if you love it, you love it. But this review is to say LOOK AT THIS SAUCE! MASSIVE!! 32oz of Swiss Chalet sauce goodness. Réservez une table maintenant

We had a fantastic lunch yesterday. The food was served hot, ample, and absolutely delicious. What stood out the most were our servers, Ang and Jen. They were exceptional—efficient, friendly, and very personable. It’s been a while since we experienced such excellent old-fashioned service from such lovely ladies!

We had a fantastic date night and decided to wrap it up with dinner here. Our waitress, Jennifer, was a delight and even promised to discuss the idea of bottomless beers along with the soft drinks with management. This place always delivers a classic dining experience!

Big shout out to Swiss for the wonderful dinner tonight. Food was fresh and hot and came out quickly, the staff have been wonderful. From the hostess to our wonderful server, Lilly we can't say enough awesome things about this restaurant.

We took our family for a vacation and our toddler had the best dinner experience of her little life! Delicious chicken, toddler approved mashed potatoes and gravy, and delicious sundae! My child alone could be a walking commercial!! Réservez une table maintenant

Lilly Anne Hoffman gave me and my family some of the best service! She was very kind and welcoming. She got our orders out quickly but did not rush us. She is the best around, congratulations Swiss!

Ordered roast beef sandwiches for family members. They were cold and were just dry meat and plain white bread lmao. We added lettuce and gravy, couldn’t save it. 10/10 would not eat here again.
