Swiss Chalet - Réserver une table

Order from Swiss chalet website. Wanted seasoned fries and plain perogies. Got Cajun perogies. With a crazy amount of spice. This is a no go for the kids and my stomach and taste buds. The French fries were plain. So when I called to ask why. She informed that I made the mistake it was all my fault for there website not defining these issues. Apparently all there perogies come Cajun spiced, and the don’t do seasoned fries because they just use Harvey’s fries for Swiss chalet. It made it real easy to decide that would be the last time I shop there. Also the whole floor was so greasy I skated to the register from the door. I almost walked out at that point.I do not recommend this location for...

Highly recommend!!! Huso and his team were so professional and friendly. Our employer appreciation day went off amazingly because of the service that Swiss Chalet provided to us!! 25 orders all different varieties and his Team did it perfectly!! Delmar International thanks you!! We will definitely go to Huso and his Team again!!! I thank you, for being kind and delivering when you didn’t have to!! Kudos to the Lasalle Ontario Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s!!Vegetarian options: Having staff from different cultures allowed for easy orders for them to chose from!!!

Horrible experience today. Ordered 2 orders of chicken wings w for 44$ suppose to be mild sauce, get home there's no sauce. Went back to give it to them they said they would correct the order. We open the order and it's chicken breast with frys (just 1 order) so just 44$ for one meal two drives back and forth. They should offered to refund the money (but didnt) just a lame apology, we won't be going back a third time to correct it and won't be ever going back. Moral of the story though check your food while your at the window.

This is one of the best Swiss chalet restaurants I have been to. The food is always fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious. All the staff members are so friendly and nice , Huso (manager) is so incredibly nice and he is always smiling when we (husband) pop in for lunch or dinner. Thank you all for the delicious food and service. The drive to La-Salle Ontario is worth it. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered a chicken sandwich from this restaurant today… what a sloppy mess! No sauce…no mayo just chicken strewn all over the box.. bun and pickle on bottom so everything slides off. Sad that they can’t even manage to make a sandwich after all this time!

Ordered takeout 4 years ago for the first time and they forgot items.Decided to give them another chance and they forgot the chalet sauce for our festive feast. Whole family was disappointed. We won’t be ordering from here again.

The Service is amazing. The staff are so professional and very courageous.Our dining experience was awesome, the food was hot and perfect in every way.If you want a great place to go this Swiss Chalet in LaSalle is 100% the best

I like coming here cause food is good as well as the service. When i buy from the drive thru my order always get done fast and handed to me, also the chicken is well cooked and cut.

Found black hair in my salad.. I have long blonde hair.. Made me loose my appetite and didn't eat any of the food. Will never go back to this location, have given too many chances

Friendly staff, excellent food! They went above and beyond. We ordered takeout for a birthday party and I would highly recommend. It is worth the drive to this location.
