I'm so impressed with my experience at Swiss chalet! I ordered takeout last night and was blown away by the quality and flavour of the food. The order was ready for pickup in under 10 minutes, and the staff was friendly and efficient when I arrived. The real star of the show, though, was the food itself. I got the popcorn shrimp and a 1/4 chicken with a garden salad, and both dishes were expertly prepared and packed with flavour. The chicken was nice and tender, and the shrimps were cooked to perfection. What really sets Swiss Chalet apart, though, is the attention to detail. The Paris location of Swiss Chalet has become a staple for our family. From a consistently positive eat in experience with servers like Sherri who is always friendly and attentive; to the take-out service counter for both order ahead and curbside pickup. The kids meals offer great value. Highly recommend this location! Kid-friendliness: Kids love the kids meals. Offers variety of options for each eater’s tastes. Really love that drink, meal and dessert are one price.

Maddie our waitress was wonderful. Friendly and welcoming Food as always great. Barry ordered white meat chicken thoroughly enjoyed and I had Quarter chicken dark meat and salad with everything.. no pressure to eat and leave, we were able to relax and enjoy.. Went there for dinner tonight with the Family. Sherrie was our server and she was quick and attentive. Food was excellent, definitely will be back!!! We were there on Sunday lunch, April 21 and our meal was not good. The fries were soggy and mostly the ends and peeling. The chicken was overcooked and dry . Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
