Swiss Chalet had the festive special on again so we went there for supper last night. The chicken and fries were cooked to perfection and nice helping sizes. We had great service from our waitress who checked in on us many times. Anyone entering the restaurant had to show proof of vaccination which was comforting to know. I would definitely go to this particular restaurant again.
Went in a got a table pretty fast but that was the end of the good service. Order was slow to be taken, food was slow to come and drinks remained empty without anyone asking if we needed a refill. Improvements can be made here....Food as ok but thats expected at a SC.
myself and my son went in mount pearl .went into the store waited minutes noone was there to counter but we could hear them in kitchen .there was a couple on the boot but noone ever came out to serve us .so we left

Good food and service however the restaurant is in need of a very deep clean. The wood has grease in it. Floors are full of grease slippery to walk on. Dirt in between cushions. Please have this done.

A classic restaurant for my family for many reasons. My chicken arrived cold but in less than a minute a hot replacement was on the table, so good job Swiss Chalet.
Food was very tasty never had to wait long. The staff was very friendly checking from time to time. Resturant was very busy but never had to wait long Réservez une table maintenant
