I have visited this Swiss Chalet four times in the past 6 months, and each time it has been mediocre at best. However, my visit tonight was terrible. If you are promoting new menu items, they should be prepared properly. I understand the concept of "chain restaurant food" as I owned one for years, but serving food that is inedible is unacceptable. The rice was extremely hard and dry, almost as if it had not been cooked at all. The kids' meals should be prepared at the same level of quality as the adult meals, but once again the pizza was undercooked and my kids refused to eat it. I am sorry, Paris Swiss Chalet, but you do not compare to the other locations.

Had the new crispy chicken. It was soggy spicy and cold. Fries were cold. Best thing about the meal was the wine and dessert.
