This place is absolutely filthy. I saw mice scurrying around, and it seems like the staff doesn’t clean anything at all. The floors are gross, and there's about three inches of dust on everything. The kitchen looks like something out of a nightmare episode. They’re so dirty that they’re facing closure unless they make some serious changes. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of it. They can claim my review is false or biased all they want, but the truth is evident. They really need to learn how to clean properly. Also, keep in mind that it is not wheelchair accessible.
EDIT: I want to acknowledge that management addressed my concerns after I sent an email, and I appreciate their prompt response. Just a heads up—confirm that your specific Priority Pass is accepted at THIS location in the airport, as management pointed out that some credit card companies partner with a different location in Cleveland.
Ordered a wrap and a quesadilla and it took 40 minutes. It was terrible food. The cashier thought it was funny to watch us standing by ourselves waiting. He refused to give us a refund after 30 minutes so we could try to find something else to eat. Terrible experience don't bother ordering food here literally go anywhere else.
I inquired about how long it would take to receive a sandwich, and the woman gave me a dismissive look before stating it would take twenty minutes. Her attitude was off-putting and made me decide to leave and find another place. Perhaps she should consider covering up the tattoos on her arms, legs, and back.

I ate there before my flight. The panini I ordered was not a a panini- it was a sandwich on cold bread with cold corn-beef. It was the only thing I could have ordered because they were under staffed, so the menu was very limited … not impressed, but I appreciate the responsiveness of the bartender.
Paninis is located near Concourse A, by Gate A6. Tip: When you're ready to place your order, head into the bar area instead of the to-go counter, as there usually isn't anyone at the to-go counter. The place tends to be busy, but the service was excellent, and they didn't charge for a cup of ice.

I waited for 23 minutes without being acknowledged, and when someone finally came over, they told us it was last call and we could either order a shot or leave.

Terrible service. We waited 20 minutes to get a server and another 40 minutes to get our food. A total of 1 hour and the place was not that busy.
