Unfortunately, some customers were upset on Christmas Eve when their orders got mixed up. It would be helpful for the restaurant to have an online ordering system to prevent overbooking. However, it's important to remember that not everyone may be fluent in English or familiar with using online tools. Despite occasional challenges, the restaurant's delicious food makes it a popular choice, especially during peak times like the holidays. If you missed out this time, be sure to visit another day for some amazing American-style Chinese cuisine in the Denver area.
Massive letdown. The dishes were very plain. scallion pancake: $7 worth of fried bread, with no toppings in it mongolian combo: pretty good but searing hot as if it was microwaved plain fried rice: literally plain steamed vegetables: there is literally nothing on these Please some spice! Maybe salt! And mixins! Service was so so as you feel brushed off by everyone except the waitress, who was great.
Food was great, service was offensive! Staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. One server literally pushed my husband out of her way. Never experienced this level of rudeness before and it was pretty offensive. Probably would still eat here because the food is really good just get your order for pick up!
