This restaurant is a true hidden gem. The food is incredibly delicious, made fresh with every order, and the portions are generous. We tried the #6 (orange beef, peanut butter dumplings, and rice) and the #9 (Szechuan noodles), and both dishes were outstanding. The owner is very friendly as well. Don't let the small size of the place deter you; it's a wonderful spot for fresh Chinese cuisine.
I visited this restaurant more than 15 years ago and returned recently. The flavors are truly exceptional here. It's definitely a family-run establishment, and the food tastes so much more authentic compared to other Western Chinese restaurants. Their Shanghai noodles are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I can't wait to come back again—this time, it won't take me 15 years!
I have been a regular at this restaurant for 18 years, and I’ve never been let down. The owner is extremely friendly and always eager to serve us her fantastic dishes. The food is far better than what you find in many other Chinese restaurants, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I'm 29 years old and have been dining at this restaurant for 16 years. The food is always delicious and authentic. Additionally, Blondie is the sweetest and always serves with a smile. I really wish there were more small places like this in the West Island! Réservez une table maintenant
The same owners have been running this place since 2001, and I absolutely love it. They are incredibly kind, and if you want to place an order in advance, just check out the most recent menu in the photos and give them a call.
The food was amazing! The portions were large, and the staff member was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. As for vegetarian options, they were very accommodating to my request for a vegetarian meal.
The Shanghai noodles no longer contain beef; instead, they use chicken, and there's barely any chicken included. For $13.50, it feels like a total rip-off. It's a shame because it used to be fantastic.
