We are a beer loving couple so when we see a micro brewery/craft brewery that is new to us there is a magnetic attraction.We popped into T Bone whilst walking back to our holiday cottage in North Hobart and so glad we did.It was a quiet night and they were thinking of closing but we came along and there was no rush to get rid of us. In fact, we needed to eat and suggested pizza from the restaurant opposite...beer and pizza, perfect! Not only that, the restaurant brought our pizzas over so we could enjoy even more good beer.Worth the visit; give T Bone a try.
This place is great for a drink doesn't matter if you don't like beer they have wines and a cocktail of sorts which I loved.Outside seating which is a real bonus Italian eatery over the road provides food and pizzas.A private function was being held at the back part of the brewery whilst we were there and if I was going to have a quibble it's the toilet facilities are not adequate for this as I felt like I was encroaching on someone else's space maybe worth looking at further down the track.Have a look around at the brewery itself when there interesting.
We attended a birthday party there Saturday night. The 2 young owners Carla and Tom have made this a warm, friendly and spectacular Bar and brewery. I am not usually a beer drinker but when in Rome and all that. Their Festival beer is sensational- I drank it all night. The brewery itself is impressive. They deserve to be successful and I am sure will be winning awards soon. I can't wait till their canning line is in place and I can buy their product in Melbourne. Thanks for a great night Carla and Tom and staff. Keep up the great work.
We checked out a few of the craft breweries in Hobart this day and found the T Bone Brewing Company had a great fit out but they need to do some work on their beers. We sampled four different beers and the consensus around the table was they all tasted very much the same.We didn't have anything to eat but observed a few plates coming out and they all looked very generous servings.They have obviously invested heavily in the site so need to get their beers refined.

I've been in a quite few times now for a cold beer, alway relaxing with good service from normal people who take the time to chat if they can, so if you just want to sample a few beers and have a snack with out all the crowds so you can hear the discussion your having then I can highly recommend dropping in and giving it a crack yourself.
These guys deserve to be busyer then they are! Visited once and came back three nights in a row. The watermelon and the choc milk stout are beyond good. Fun games to play while you drink and live music on a Friday. What more could you want? Wish you guys were in Melbourne and then you would become our new favourite bar.
Great little brewery, not far from the city. Try their tasting paddle as their beers are diverse but full of flavour. Their Stout would have to be one of my favourite dark beers.
Called in for a quick beer. Totally different from the fish shop it was before. Nice beer, good prices and worth a visit. I will return

nice place to visit, friendly service and very clean and neat, the beer was lovely and not over expensive. Would recommend a visit.
Casual afternoon with cider and antipasto plate. Great service. Well worth the visit. Great value antipasto.
