I went in there today and the staff member was very rude. I was asking for sausage and the price. His head was into the shelves and didnt even turn towards me and he was saying something i didnt understand. Again it happened with his head deep into the shelves and all i heard was mumbling.. So i said i dont understand what you said. Finally he looked at me and shouted what he was trying to say. I understood him because his head was not in the shelving and had the decency to face me.. needless to say i walked out and would never return again. My husband and I were staying nearby for a concert, and I found T&F Pork Store online and wanted to stop. I'm so glad we did. The place was busy, but they took care of everyone swiftly. You would have never known this was our first time in the store, they treated us like we've been shopping there for years. There is so much to choose from, it's hard not to walk out of there with a little bit of everything. So many Italian specialties. My husband and I got a sub. #1 GUYS, I LOVE YOUR FOOD, IT IS THE BEST, but #2 PLEASE, get some new equipment in your store! The vertical sliding DOORS on the refrigerators behind the counter, that hold the cold-cuts, are practically falling off. The one on the right doesn't even close, and you have TAPED OVER THE SPACE to keep the air inside. Not a very appealing look, and are those fridges keeping the right temperature? #3 On a hot 8/19/22 day at Noon, there is hardly any Air Conditioning in the store at all, if any.. I know things are tough right now, but when you are selling FOOD, you have to make it more appealing and comfortable for your customers. #4 I STILL LOVE THE FOOD....

I had a very unpleasant experience due to the staff's rudeness. After leaving, I decided to go to Eastern Meat Farm instead, where they know how to treat their customers and their prices are also a third lower. I tried supporting a local mom-and-pop shop, but I won’t be returning due to their poor service. It's hard to understand how they’re managing to stay afloat in this economy. This is the best pork store on long Island john the owner is a pleasure to deal with and he has the best cooked food as well as meats. I asked him to make me some veal cutlets and he made me a tray they were the best I ever had. I just wanted to let the crew know that they go above and beyond to take care of there customers and I want them to know I appreciate everything you do for me. Happy Easter week and I be seeing you on Wednesday

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The meat and produce are incredibly fresh—truly the best around. You have to try the Broccoli Rabe sausage wheel; it's out of this world!
