I went into T2 today, Sunday 22nd April 2018. I didn’t enjoy my experiene at all. This was my first time coming here and I certainly won’t be back. Two members of staff were bickering behind the counter in plain sight of the costumers and then proceeded to leave the counter to a back room to continue arguing. The same two members of staff then returned on their phones behind the counter and stood there for the rest of my visit. I’ve never seen any restaurant or cafe without a manager to keep check on staff. The staff weren’t very enthusiastic about their jobs. Will not be going back.
I went to this restaurant for lunch and noticed many young girls standing around. I was excited to try the place, so I ordered a ham and cheese panini without any side garnish. Unfortunately, it was overcooked and had very little filling. It cost £7.50, which I found to be shockingly overpriced. When I mentioned my disappointment to one of the girls working there, she just looked at me and walked away. I considered returning the panini, but I had already paid and there was no staff available to speak to. Overall, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant again.
I enjoy to start my day with a fine coffee most mornings, I happened to be in Newry. I would also read tripadivor review before deciding where to go, in light of the bad review I read about T2 I decided to experience the establishment for myself. Coffee was perfect, food was nice and staff were even nicer than the coffee which was very hard to beat and to ever who wrote the bad review below must have left their guide dog tied up outside as I certainly will be back again to enjoy the experience and the perfect atmosphere and most importantly, the good value for money.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of delicious food options, including sandwiches, wraps, salads, cottage pie, curry, fish and chips, as well as fresh homemade pastries and scones. During our visit, we enjoyed a pasta bake with chips, a kids chicken goujon meal, and a delightful ciabatta with salad. All of the dishes were fresh and flavorful. I always enjoy coming here, as the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

What can I say from the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was at home! Nothing but comfort and great food and not to mention the home made goods! The fresh baked scones are a must along with a deliscious coffee! The staff are one of the nicest and friendliest I’ve came across throughout the buttercrane, this place is a must haven’t a bad word to say, couldn’t fault it if I wanted too!
I went to this restaurant for a quick sandwich lunch, but I was disappointed by the Cajun chicken wrap. The chicken was only lukewarm and the wrap was grilled. It seems like they are very busy with lunch rushes, so maybe I should have ordered something from the hot food menu instead. The total cost for 2 sandwiches, 1 coffee, and 1 tea came out to £15, which I found to be quite expensive.
Was in Monday 23rd Arpril with my family, staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble, smiles all around. Food was lovely and generous portion sizes. would recommend to my friends and I will be back. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome
I was here on Friday morning and had the scone and coffee offer, £2.50. I wanted a latte rather than the advertised americano, and this was 50p extra. Excellent value and delicious fresh scone. Nice friendly staff and clean, comfortable surroundings.

Friendly staff, home made scones and Bewley's coffee lovely. Nice atmostphere lots of dinner options but we were in mid morning so opted for home made scones.
Excellent homemade scones and excellent tea and coffee. I highly recommend coming here. Very friendly staff and all do their job well and work hard
