I LOVE T4, but out of countless locations, this one has another take on spice levels. At other places, I take my fried tofu at L5, but at this location, I dial that baby down to L2 because the last time I got my regular order, I was looking at little chunks covered in black spice. After pushing through the pain of the first couple of bites, the fire seared through my stomach, and I had to toss it all out (deep sadness). Just make sure to have their milk tea on hand if you dip into those higher levels!
The Kamquat basil seed drink is quite enjoyable. Most drinks here can be ordered with zero sugar, as the sweetness can be overwhelming. Everything has a great flavor without added sweetness. The Basil popcorn chicken, in particular, is delicious. I would recommend asking customers about their preferred level of sweetness and ice each time they place an order, as it's easy to overlook these preferences.
The Deep Fried Squid is usually my go to snack whenever I go to T4. So to have this one be so over fried that it's practically hard and inedible is very surprising and disappointing. Giving this 2 stars because my drinks were ok.
i love t4 but omg the energy in this store is so dull idk why the employees seem so depressed and are so quiet. i feel like they hate me when i order

The boba is good, but some of the staff can be unfriendly. I guess I would feel the same way if I were earning minimum wage.
The boba is delicious, but the wait times can be lengthy, and the service leaves something to be desired.
Amazing boba and definitely want to shop again in the future
