This restaurant has one of the best locations around. At Niles TB, you definitely get your money's worth. Unlike the other location, which didn't deliver on the extra I paid for, here they consistently have my preferred drink (unsweetened tea). It's clear that the owners of this franchise are dedicated to running a quality business. I'll gladly take the extra time to drive to Niles next time, where they prioritize quality. The staff provides excellent service, and the guy at the drive-thru in the morning is always incredibly friendly. His positive energy, combined with enjoying a delicious breakfast that I actually paid for, really sets me up for a fantastic day.
Not returning to this restaurant. In the past few months my order is wrong almost every time. Ordered unsweetened tea, received sweet tea. Ordered hot regular coffee, was given Cinnabon coffee. Breakfast burritos were cold as though made ahead of time or were not what I ordered. Waste of money going here.
Best location within 5 miles of my house. 2 Tvs, pop is always mixed properly, usually very fast, even at dinner on the weekends. Food is always consistent, tables and restroom clean, sauces and napkins, etc. always filled. Love Taco Bell!
I made a mistake with my order, but the manager on duty was really friendly and changed it with a smile. Thanks for your help on February 25 at 2:30 PM!

This is definitely the best Taco Bell on the NW side, no contest. My orders are always accurate, and the food just tastes better from this location.
Employees are very nice and courteous at this location. Food was made perfectly from temperature to looks. Highly reliable location!
It's a new place and absolutely spotless. The young staff are very polite. The taco shells are crispy and fresh.
The food was delicious, and they've consistently done a great job of getting our orders correct.
