Let's just be upfront about Taco Bell; you're not always going to get what you want. Plenty of visits here have resulted in wrong orders, cold food, and disappointment. HOWEVER, I cracked the code to having a more pleasant and accurate visit come here at 5pm lol. Getting there during regular degular hours on one of your lazy, don't want to cook days, is 100x more rewarding than those nights after a few drinks on an empty stomach. You're welcome!
Exercise caution when ordering for delivery. They frequently forget to include utensils, napkins, and sauces, even when you have specifically requested them. It's wise to call and confirm that these items will be included with your order. This issue seems to occur consistently, regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. Once the new location opens in Brentwood, I may give them a try to see if their delivery service is any better.
Just moved to the area I ordered threw the drive threw once and they forgot 2 items including sauces I drove back and sadly I had to pay again...I decided tonight I rlly wanted Taco Bell but I knew they messed up the first time I decided to go again I regret it so much I spent $30 on food and half of it was missing again I'm so frustrated I'm not driving back there but cmon man this sucks

Service is horrible, wrong items were delivered, waited 45mins for someone else 's order.called the DoorDash guy as if he just walked in with his eyes closed , said that 's what they give me like seriously . This place provided poor services. Lack of responsibilities . I would rate with 000000 star!!!
I have to say, this restaurant has the slowest service I’ve ever encountered in my 50 years. The staff seems completely incompetent and frequently forgets my nacho cheese sauce, which is just unacceptable. While the establishment is clean, I would never choose to eat here again. Sincerely, Hermit.
