TERRIBLE!!! Went one night and they finally answered at the drive up. I waited about 10 minutes. Just wanted to see how long it would take. Then he came on the speaker and said it would take 20 minutes to get my order. I said well ok do you want to take my order? Then it went silent for another 5 minutes then he came on and said the same thing again. So I finally just drove off. Then I saw on TV the ad for the toasted cheese chalupa and just thought I had to try it. I drove up to this Taco Bell and ordered one only to be told by a lady the fryer was down. This is a brand new taco bell too. This is a sorry place. It 's close to where I live but I 'll drive farther next time to another one alt...
The staff at this restaurant are extremely slow and impolite. I have visited this location multiple times because it is the nearest to my house, but each time I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru only to receive cold food that is either prepared incorrectly or haphazardly thrown into the bag. I have experience working in fast food for many years, including managing a Taco Bell for 3 years, so I am usually very understanding of these types of issues. However, after a 25-minute wait in line tonight just to receive cold food and bad service, I feel compelled to speak out. I will be contacting their area coach to address this matter.
If I could give a zero, I would. Went 9:40 pm June 12 and ordered 4 vegan burritos. After paying my hard earned money and once I reached my destination I realized that half the ingredients were missing on my burrito with the exclusion on black beans that was not available.I was ok with that but not the fact that those ladies in that store purposely fixed my food so subpar. Disappointed
I ordered online and picked up in the drive through. The line moved a little slow, but the lady at the window checked my bag twice and made sure everything was right. Then I noticed they had a LARGE order going out at the same time. The food was hot and definitely freshly made. Based on them likely being short staffed, they did an excellent job!

During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast burrito made by Ms. P. The staff here deserve higher wages considering the customer base they serve, which includes pass-through truckers and tourists. I am not a fan of big corporations coming into small towns, shutting down local businesses, and then underpaying their employees.
This restaurant always has a long line and slow service. Additionally, they frequently claim that their system is down. In three out of seven visits, they experienced system issues, including taking the order of the car in front of me. As this is the nearest Taco Bell to me, I hope improvements are made to address this issue.
This Taco Bell is the slowest one I’ve been to. I’ve been on three separate occasions where they weren’t even serving food. Now their dining room isn’t open and the line is 10 cars long and again, the slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to. Not sure what’s up but they need some better management.
May 19th 2022 at approximately 10:15 in the morning. The entire establishment was filthy. The drink station was not stocked. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in the lobby. New management is needed. I will not return to this location.

Ordered a Nacho bell grande came with no meat whatsoever very little cheese,tomatoes,and sour cream and a big lump of dry refried beans. Yeah I could have went back and got a refund but not gonna waste my time to because someone is lazy person.
