my man and I ordered online to pick up in the trip thru. the propulsion thru states, not pick up there and go in instead, so we have. waited about 5/6 minutes, not a single person greeted us or was at the front to help. to be impatient, we went away and went through the drive. Finally we got our food, came home and that was wrong. the extras that I paid were not there. I do not recommend this place, it was never a more positive visit and the employees were never in good spirit. I have taken a chance today after I have not visited for one because it is simply on the way from my house and it is frustrating to have another bad experience. we will no longer visit this place.
I would like to lodge a complaint about this particular Taco Bell location. It is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in Sacramento! The taco supremes are consistently half-empty, so thin that the shell touches, and lacking in cheese - maybe only 5 shreds at most. When I visit the Taco Bell on Eastern Marconi, the tacos are excellent - crunchy, filled to the brim, with a generous amount of cheese. I have never had any issues there. Additionally, whenever I try to call this location, they never pick up the phone. And let's not even get started on how terrible their beans are - old and unappetizing.
The staff is tired and over worked. Also, they constructed a wall during the remodel that blocks the view of the lobby from the kitchen so they have NO clue when there's a line. Also they installed self service kiosks, the employees roll their eyes whenyou come up to the counter. It's been like this for months... yes I want to order food but I also want some service please.Owners, do better. Hold your establishment and employees to a standard. Might not expect a good ROI but your customers will behappier.
it was tried to order the well-known cheesy gordita crunch combo, and they were told that they could only sell the cheesy gordita crunch from him and not as combo with the two tacos. even if it is advertised on their menu. I couldn't give a reason. I could order everything in the combi for more money, but not the combo price. if they were out of budget and could not sell it, I would understand, but advertising something and deny customers, but at a higher price could sell is wrong advertising. there are little to no problems with this location, but lately it was terrible. tonight I was there for more than 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, then ordered my eating then ordered a dr. pepper, they told me they didn't have dr. pepper, so I said I didn't want a drink then, but the guy stayed on all these drinks, I'm pregnant just like dr. pepper if they've ever been pregnant before they know that if they want 1 is good enough, something else
I went to my luncbreak today through the drive-thru and got the cheesy gordita crunch combo someone must understand that putting an old, hard, stale, taco shell, in a cheesy gordita crunch does not make it softer or taste better. that's the second time that this happened to me at this place. they could save a few dollars per month on food costs by making their (compared $3,49) product of its fresh and taste, but! you lost me as a customer.
I just returned from Taco Bell and once again, the service and speed of the food were excellent. Jason at the drive-thru window was amazing. He was very respectful and kind, displaying professionalism beyond his years. His kindness and exceptional service truly stood out to me. I hope to see him at the window next time. Kudos to the management for training such a remarkable young man. ????????????????????
The manager Sarah is incredibly terrible. There is no excuse for being made to wait 45 minutes for a mobile order due to your team's mistake. You claimed that other cars in the drive-thru were a priority and that there was a shortage of staff, so I had to wait. However, you showed no urgency in preparing my food yourself.
