The woman who took my order at the restaurant was extremely rude. When there was a misunderstanding with my order, she tried to shift the blame to me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was surprised by how she attempted to laugh it off and claim that I had said something different. It was disheartening to see her treat a customer this way, especially when it was her mistake. I didn't say anything to her except to remind her that if you're working in customer service, you shouldn't blame the customer for your own errors. Additionally, the rice in my burrito was undercooked and hard. I won't be returning to this restaurant. It's unfortunate because individuals who lack basic manners...
Not accommodating. The person at cash did not hear me say no tomatoes. When I noticed it was not on the screen, I inquired. The first response from the packager was its already made . The cashier accepted this. Food tasted alright, I just removed the tomatoes myself. What shocked me was the inability to rectify an order that was sitting in front of the packager, to accommodate the customer. Won 't be going back.
