I just had one of the worst experiences ever at this spot. I went to the East Hammer Lane Taco Bell drive thru to get lunch for me and my family. The girl taking my order was the worst. Right away you can tell she hates her job. She have really badcustomer service kept rushing me to finish ordering. When I got to the window to pay she told me to have my card in hand nexttime I go there so I won?t take so long to pay. My wife heard what she told me and saw the look on my face and told me let itgo. We ordered 4 combo meals and only gave us our drinks at the window. I stopped at this taco bell off the hwy 99 with the critters, (kids), on the way home and I tell ya'll I'm glad I did. The service was friendly with smiles and the grits was great, the order was correct and the tacos actually had meat, they didn'tskimp on the meat, cheese, and the fix'ns were fresh too. I was late on the happy hour time like 20 mins on the freezes and themanager checked his time and still gave me the happy hour price. Folks now that's customer service. Very respectful and nicegroup of taco bell employees. I would definitely recommend this taco bell on hammer ln on the edge of stockton ca. Thank youkindly taco bell folks.
Thursday marked my second visit to this Taco Bell location, and both times I've had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, which is completely unacceptable. Thursday’s experience was the worst—I waited more than half an hour just to order and receive my food. When I got home, I realized they forgot one of my items. I had to drive all the way back and go through the drive-thru again to address it. They asked me to pull forward, then told me to come inside for reasons unknown. When I went inside, they still didn’t have my missing item ready. This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to, and I won’t be coming back.

Nice customer service can make your food taste better. Very pleasant people in the drive thru. I gave my neighbor a ride to this area and she said stop here, their a good place to grab a bite if you're looking to wait for the line to chill over atpacks. You can see the line from the parking lot giving you a chance to jump in line when it's to your liking all whilegrabbing a tasty bite at taco bell and sitting in your car with the AC on. ???? My neighbor was right because that line at packswas laf when she went to get out at first
To clarify I'm reviewing the tacobell located on hammer lane.The service is fast but the young white guy barely let's you order when he's already trying to get you out the lane.Food is alright. Some times they get the orders wrong and they only give 1 -6 sauce packets for a party of 10 people. I usually go with the Crunchwrap Supreme. Really good, never recieved it soggy.The chicken quesadilla isn't the same, they barely put any chicken or sauce in it, they skimp out on the cheese in it and it's just dry and small.
I wouldn 't trust the store hours. I pulled up around 11pm and they were closed. When I pulled up to the window and asked about their sign saying they 're open until 1am, the young man said they 're short staffed today. I guess that means they can closewhenever they want.
We ordered bean burritos and it seemed like they put a whole onion in each one. My daughter was so upset she couldn’t eat them. Usually, they don’t add onions to the bean burritos unless you ask for them. When I asked an employee to remake her burrito, he was very rude.

Very nice young man at the window. Couldn't give me a beef burrito in the am, so I got bean instead. They were what I expected. Glad this TB is now open for breakfast.
The service I received from the staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations.
