My Grubhub driver went to pick up my order but discovered that it had already been taken by someone else, and the restaurant refused to remake it for him. The driver, clearly puzzled, contacted me to verify if I had received the food, which I hadn't. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order and request a refund from Grubhub. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with them, whether it was through delivery or dining in person. That's why I'm sharing this review.
This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and the food is always delicious. I truly love it here!
