Taco Bell - Réservation de table

So…I have been going to this location for 6 years now. I just ran down 4 blocks from my home because it was 11:45pm and I knew their lobby didn’t close until 12am. I certain male employee see photos below) wouldn’t let me into the lobby to order!!! I had 15 MINUTES UNTIL 12am which is what their website says and their door!!! How INCONSISTENT, INCONSIDERATE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The after “HAGGLING” with him and his 5 minute conversation with the woman at the register…by the way who was taking care of TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS that’s were already in there!!…he tells me condescendingly that he will allow me to stand a outside and walk up to the drive thru and order!!!
