I will never return to this location again. It was 1 PM and the restaurant was closed, so I had to use the drive-thru and wait in line. While that was inconvenient, it wasn't the main issue. The problem was the attitude of the employee. When I reached the window, I asked for some sauce packets, and the worker claimed she had already included them in the bag. Upon checking the bag in the parking lot, I discovered that I had received only two out of the three different sauces I had requested. I went back around to ask for more, and the employee raised her voice, insisting that she had put the sauces in the bag! I told her I just needed the Diablo Sauce, and her response was, "And that's it!" H...
When I finally received my order, the food was just tossed into the bag, with wrappers falling off and the cinnamon twists at the bottom. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect—I paid extra for chicken on a taco, but received beef instead. I also ordered a 5-layer burrito with black beans, but it was made with regular beans. This location is in dire need of improvements. I had visited multiple times during the winter and found the doors open and the lights on, yet no one was working. On another occasion, they closed at 6 PM for no apparent reason while staff members were just hanging out in the dining room.
Waited for 40 minutes at the speaker just to find out the employees were deciding to close the store at 8:30. I understand the food isn?t the best quality but the service somehow managed to be worse. EDIT: Other than this one occasion, this Taco Bell isactually amazing. They are always fast and everything is warm and fresh when you get it. Also sometimes they hook it up with afree drink! I take back what I said completely! Best and most consistent Taco Bell I?ve been too!!!
In my last three visits, my food has either been undercooked or excessively soggy. I used to enjoy dining at this location when it first opened, but the quality has declined since then. After today's experience, I’ve decided I will no longer return. Although I typically don’t leave reviews, I felt compelled to make an exception since this is the third time I've had to essentially toss out over $8 worth of food. Réservez une table maintenant
A complete disappointment. They inform you that certain items are unavailable just hours before closing time. The staff is consistently rude, and there's always something out of order or they're short-staffed. Yet, every time I drive by, I see several employees outside smoking. At this point, I can't give them the benefit of the doubt. This place truly embodies shamelessness.
The person who took our order and gave us our food was wonderful. I have been here several times. It seems as if the quality of the food is okay when you order some things and yuck for other things. One time, the dipping was so good, and the next time, it was so gross. It's a hit or miss, but great customer service!
I went to Taco Bell and was told by the employee that they were out of all meats and it would take 15 minutes for a restock. Don’t you check your supplies first thing in the morning? This location really needs to consider closing down. I have a bad experience every time I visit. What a disappointment!
Twice now I?ve went through the drive thru late at night before work. Both times the food has tasted like cleaning chemicals. One bite and I had to spit it out and throw the rest away. I love Taco Bell, but I won?t be going to that one again. CrescentSprings KY Réservez une table maintenant
