I had an incredibly disappointing experience with customer service recently. On November 22, 2020, around 10:40 AM, I encountered several issues during my visit. Although the cashier was wearing gloves, he handled money, operated the cash register, and prepared a drink without changing them. The noise level from the employees was outrageous, making it difficult to enjoy my time there. To top it off, I was given the wrong amount of change. I requested a correction and asked to cancel my order, hoping to get my money back. Overall, it was the worst service I've experienced in years.
I am usually in the drive thru.. But I am not reviewing based on the food or even service. What appalled me, was the manager putting her employees in record temperatures outside to take my order. When in fact the intercom was working! Asked the employeeand was told she just makes us go out there. I don't allow my dog outside during that time of the day! This is still America..That made no sense. There was no line at all. That is just wrong! Management clearly is not cutting it at this location.
The drive-thru was unavailable today for some reason. I attempted to place my order through the app, but I couldn't complete it because some items were out of stock. I ended up going inside, where they have two large touch screens that are great for customizing your order. My order was completed, but they mistakenly added nacho cheese sauce to my fries, which I didn't want. Overall, it's a pretty decent location.
The worst ever. Cashier found not get order right. 4 employees standing by drivetgru window not 1 said a word to me. Also I got the Doritos taco pack over $21 and they were like they had sat there all day wet greasy they didn?t even have the cardboard wrapthey usually do. Probably someone rises forgotten order. So disappointed sound never give them my money again. You can have allthe ads you want. You still suck!

I visited today and placed a large order for over 100 tacos. The staff was fantastic! They provided excellent customer service and completed my order in record time. Not only was it finished quickly, but it was also accurate and prepared with great care. Great job to the morning shift!
I requested to use the bathroom, but they told me they had lost the key. Then, another customer asked for the bathroom key, and they were able to open it. Additionally, the place was very dirty; just looking around, it was clear that nobody was cleaning.
Eating is great, but lines are very long with their new person to person drive-thru method.. I prefer to order my food in the talc box instead of mentioning a living person, it delays the lines you might want to take a advice from Chick-fil-A.
That's exactly what you'd imagine. A simple, fast food type taqueria. Nothing great, but good. What you order is exactly what you order, so if it says a bean and cheese burrito, expect a bean and cheese burrito.

Stephanie is doing her best on her own. The customer service is excellent. She remained calm even in challenging situations. Keep up the hard work!
