We recently placed a sizable order and were pleasantly surprised by the service, especially considering how busy the location was at 11 PM. I made sure to acknowledge the team's hard work given the circumstances—there was a broken speaker, so we had to order at the window, and staff was limited. This is our go-to spot for a late-night snack, especially for picky eaters. Our order was prepared correctly and served hot! I've never had an issue with incorrect orders at this location. I rated it four stars instead of five because I haven't dined inside yet. From what I could see, it appears cleaner than many other locations from the outside and through the windows, but I would like to experience...
The breakfast menu is quite impressive, and I haven't had any issues with my orders at this particular location. I recommend adding sour cream to any breakfast burrito or crunch wrap, as the food can sometimes feel a bit dry without enough sauce or melted cheese. The morning staff here are very friendly and energetic. However, I've noticed a few times that the cheese in the breakfast crunch wrap hasn't been fully melted, and I'm not sure if that's intentional.
I visited the restaurant today, March 14, 2022, around 4 PM, and I had a wonderful experience. The person who took my order was incredibly polite and professional, and the staff member who handed me my food was equally impressive. They both seemed genuinely happy, which was a refreshing sight. Their positive energy provided a nice lift after a long day at work. And of course, the food was excellent as well.
I haven't been to this location in over 6 months. But sometimes you just need that Baja Blast and chalupa fix. It hit the spot and the service was extremely fast for dinner rush hour.
