I come to this Taco Bell a lot I always order the same thing, I have held off on reviewing till I had someone contact me about my experience last week. Since no one has reached out since then, not even the franchise owner after he offered a 50% discount I never asked for this it was offered and then never given), I feel the need to share my experience so people don’t have to deal with the rude manager Chris from here. After the terrible service in the night before. I called to this Taco Bell explain to them my question and what happened in the quietest and most respectful way I could and when I did the manager Mr Miguel not only asked me to come what the type of person offered the world to give me my food extra, and to me a drink that I did not order and more I am absolutely shocked at the professionalism and respect in the management of the shop, I definitely as a regular way and

3.5I have not gone to TB for at least six years. Went in and ordered the Mexican pizza and two hard tacos with a drink combo $12).The Mexican pizza had a thick layer of refried beans and meat and was topped with melted cheese and diced tomatoes. It was very filling. The two hard tacos were nicely packed up with meat, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes. I always make a mess eating hard tacos, and this was no exception. Service was friendly and quick.

I usually order through the mobile app so I can't provide much insight for dine in. I never have an issue when ordering through the app and my food is always ready and fresh we I get there not to mention you can earn rewards points by doing so. I have noticed the staff was increasingly more pleasant on my last visit. (For it being fast food it is usually really delicious)

How hard is it really to not put beans when someone asks for no beans? Or is it a requirement that the employees don't listen to what the customer actually wants in their order at all taco bells these days? Yall want more money for doing your job, actually do itFood: 1/5
