I stop by this Taco Bell occasionally, and I can honestly say that most of the time, my experience is fantastic. They almost always get my order right, which is a huge advantage. The staff are generally courteous, accommodating, and pleasant. Overall, I consider this one of the best Taco Bell locations in the area.
When I lived in New Hope, my orders were always made perfectly—full and incredibly tasty. I know it's possible! Additionally, placing an order in advance doesn't generate a survey code on the receipt for the 'Tell The Bell' website.
Shae is an outstanding manager, and Angie R. provides excellent service both at the drive-thru and at the register. I will definitely keep coming back because of their amazing service; they consistently go above and beyond!

I really enjoy using the mobile app to place my orders! It’s super convenient, especially when I’m in a hurry to get to work. I can simply drive up to the drive-thru and grab my food—so easy!
The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms. It does take a little while for your order to be taken when you order inside, but the food is served quite quickly.
We go here often and the staff is always professional and usually friendly. Today we were assisted by Avery and she had a very positive attitude and was very kind.

The service there is incredibly fast. I only wish they added more lettuce and tomato to the tacos and the Chulupas as well.
